They also make it easy to hit subtones.  These are ideal for players who double on other instruments since they don't need moistening. They can be shaped and filed easily for a custom sound and feel. This premium reed is red and contains a genuine Swarovsky crystal embedded in the reed. This is a box of one tenor sax reed in soft strength, equivalent to 2.0-2.5. These last much longer than natural reeds with better consistency. Also available in medium soft, medium, medium hard, and hard.
